Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items that have been personalized or customized
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
- Opened or used earbuds (hygiene reasons) unless defective
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at returns@Jalddeals.pk with your order ID
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in the RMA confirmation
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
- JazzCash refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
- EasyPaisa refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Item returned after 30 days but within 45 days of delivery
- Item is opened or missing original packaging
- Item shows signs of use but is not damaged
- Accessories or components are missing from the return
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same product in a different color or size, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same return process above
- Specify the desired replacement item in your return request
- Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
- If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a free return pickup
- A full refund or replacement will be provided at no additional cost
- Shipping costs for defective returns are covered by Jalddeals
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/damaged items: Jalddeals covers return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns within Pakistan: Estimated Rs 200-500 depending on location
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return
9. Warranty Claims
All Jalddeals products come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty. For warranty claims:
- Product must have a manufacturing defect (not user damage)
- Warranty claim must be submitted within the warranty period
- Proof of purchase is required
- Contact warranty@Jalddeals.pk to initiate a claim
