Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code

Make fraudulent or false orders

3. Account Registration

To make purchases, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
We strive to display accurate product information but cannot guarantee all details are error-free
Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product
We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders

5. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed
We accept JazzCash and EasyPaisa as payment methods
Email verification is required before payment processing
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud
Order confirmation emails are sent to your verified email address

6. Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping on orders above Rs 5,000 within Pakistan
Standard shipping fee of Rs 299 applies for orders below Rs 5,000
Delivery times are estimates and may vary (3-7 business days)
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jalddeals website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jalddeals and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission
Use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets
Frame or mirror any part of our website

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Jalddeals products come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

9. Limitation of Liability

Jalddeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jalddeals and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
